Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your new Flattered pieces, but if the fit isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. All items must be returned in their original, unworn condition with all protective packaging intact.

Return Process

  Register Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original dust bags and shoe boxes, then secure them inside the original shipping carton or a similar protective box.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package, ensuring any old tracking labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier service and keep your drop-off receipt until your refund has been processed by our warehouse team.
